I am a stay at home mother of a 13 month old baby girl. I played varsity badminton for 7 years (high school and college), MVP and team co-captain and captain for most of the 7 years I played. I had knee injuries and had to stop playing competitively. I also used to play tennis, go mountain biking, hiking, canoeing and etc. When I started working, all of that had to stop – became too busy. Now that I’m at home, I’m overweight and working on getting back into shape. I lost 15 pounds since January and have worked with a nutritionist. I’m currently seeing a therapist who I found on the psychology today website to help me with my weight issues and things from the past.

I would love to help in any way that I can. I am also a psychology grad and have 10 years of counseling experience.

I am currently living in Sacramento, CA but I grew up in NY. I have since also lived in the Philippines, Las Vegas and Boston (most recently).

Great post. Let me sidetrack for a while – what do you think of facebook as a traffic generator vis-a-vis Google?
