About Me

As a certified doula and professional life coach, I work with women and families to navigate the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood. I love to cook for my family of one son. I'm also a graduate of UC Berkeley in Environmental Science where I studied sustainable farming on a family farm in Santa Cruz. Today, as a mother living in the mountains above Arcata California, I feel so lucky that my son gets to grow up here surrounded by nature and all its beauty.
